About Studio L
Hi, I’m the founder of Studio L. At first Pilates wasn’t a passion; it was a necessity.
A work injury gave me back pain that crept into every corner of my life. Simple things became hard. Comfortable days rare. I tried physical therapy, stretching and medication and nothing worked. Then I found Pilates and everything shifted. The pain became manageable and ultimately went away. Movement was no longer something I feared and instead became something I needed and enjoyed.
Pilates didn’t just change my body. It changed how I live.
Like many of you, I’m a busy person. I also travel and my schedule changes all the time; finding a big chunk of time a few times a week isn’t realistic. What I discovered is that short, consistent daily routines are far more powerful than long, irregular ones. Ten to twenty minutes a day, done consistently, delivers positive results quickly that stick.
As I refined my methodology, Studio L was born.
I’m offering something new and different from so many other approaches I’ve seen and tried — not lengthy classes that require a commute and a clear calendar, but short, smart routines that fit into a real life. Routines you can do in a hotel, on a lunch break at the office, or at the end of a long day when all you want is to lie down.
Pilates isn’t just about a stronger core or a better posture, though you’ll get both. It supports your whole body, your energy and your immune system. You’ll find you get through the day without bracing yourself for the next moment of discomfort.
At Studio L, I’ll help you put not just your back, but your overall health into your own hands. No gym or fancy equipment required. No big time commitment. Just consistent, accessible movement that works, wherever you are, however busy life gets.
Your back has gotten in the way long enough. We’ll change that.
